Occasionally, after meeting with the pet owner and their pet, you may want to reconsider your offer. This could happen if the pet owner has specific requirements that need to be factored into the pricing, or if you assess the workload to be less than initially thought and wish to agree on a lower price. In both cases, you have the option to adjust the total price of the booking.

Here’s How:

You can make adjustments to the booking price when you accept the pet owner's booking request in the chat. A pop-up window will appear where you can edit the price. Please note that confirming this window will accept the booking and send the new price to the pet owner. It is advisable to discuss any price changes beforehand to avoid misunderstandings.
