How Payouts Work

A booking is considered confirmed once the pet owner has made the payment. The amount to be paid is based on your set prices. This amount is held in an escrow account by us until the booking is completed. The booking is considered complete on the agreed pickup date.

On the same day, the payment will be automatically released to your bank account and should appear in your account within 1-3 business days.
