How Fee Levels Work

At Petbnb, every sitter starts with the same fee level, which is 19% of the booking amount. We aim to support sitters who are particularly active and have built a loyal client base by adjusting the fee to their advantage.

When is the Fee Level Updated?

Your fee lever is updated on the first day of each month based on your earnings from the previous month.

Where Can I See How Close I Am to the Next Level?

Select "My Petbnb" from the dropdown menu and go to "Fee Level." There, you can view your total earnings and the associated fee level.
