Types of Cancellation Policies

At Petbnb, each sitter has the option to choose from flexible, moderate, and strict cancellation policies. Here is a detailed explanation:

Flexible: You will receive a full refund if you cancel by 11:59 PM on the day before the booking. After this time, no refund will be issued.

Moderate: You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 5 days before the start of the sitting. For example, if the sitting starts on Friday, you must cancel by 11:59 PM on the Thursday of the previous week. Cancellations made after this time will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be given after the first day of the sitting begins.

Strict: You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 10 days before the start of the sitting. For example, if the sitting starts on Friday, you must cancel by 11:59 PM on the Sunday before. Cancellations made after this time will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be given after the first day of the sitting begins.
