Before Booking:

1. Visit our Petbnb website or mobile app.
2. Search for your desired sitter and open their profile.
3. Scroll down to the sitter’s availability calendar. Here, you will find the information regarding the sitter’s cancellation policy.
   
   

During and After Booking:

Once you have sent a booking request, you will see a summary of the booking details, including the cancellation policy, in the chat with the sitter. You can access the booking details at any time in the chat with the sitter under “Cancellation Policy.”
