Before the Booking:

Before booking, pet owners can discover your profile through our search feature. At this stage, they will see information that gives an initial impression of you as a pet sitter.

This includes:

• Your first name
• Your profile picture
• Average rating
• Number of completed bookings
• Number of repeat clients
• A preview of a reference
• If you have pets yourself, the breed of your pets
  
  

Additional details visible on your sitter profile include:

• Your pricing list
• All reviews
• More photos
• Your introduction text
• Your skills and qualifications
• Your calendar

After the Booking:

Once the booking is confirmed, meaning the pet owner has completed the payment, the following information will be exchanged:

• Full name
• Exact residential address
• Phone number (if available)
