Pet Sitters have 24 hours to accept or decline a booking request. If it's a last-minute booking, we recommend checking the response rate on the sitter's profile. Generally, we recommend sending multiple booking requests to have a selection in case your favorite isn't available.

If a Pet Sitter isn't responding after a confirmed booking

For a confirmed booking, the pet sitter's phone number and address will be displayed in the message thread of the booking. In the rare case that a sitter becomes unreachable after a confirmed booking, please contact us at help@petbnb.de.
