You can contact a pet sitter at any time by clicking the contact button on their profile. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to sign in. Once logged in, you can select your desired booking details and send a message to the sitter by clicking "Send Booking Request."
It’s a good idea to suggest a Meet & Greet to personally get to know the sitter and ensure they are a good fit for your pet before confirming the booking with a payment.
How to Contact a Sitter:
- Contact the sitter via their profile.
- Enter booking details.
- Send a booking request.
Once you have sent the booking request, the sitter will receive an email notification. They have 24 hours to respond to your request. If the sitter accepts, you will be prompted to make a payment. The booking is only confirmed once the payment is completed. Please note that if the payment is not made by one day before the start of the booking, the booking request will be automatically canceled. Additionally, the sitter may adjust the payment date for better planning security.
❗ If your payment does not confirm the booking and it is automatically canceled, you will not incur any charges.
