The Role of Petbnb

  • Provide a platform where pet owners can quickly and easily find reliable sitters who offer the best possible care for their pets.
  • Create a free platform for sitters to gain new clients, supported by marketing initiatives.
  • Treat everyone in the Petbnb community with respect and take appropriate action in case of inappropriate behavior.
  • Support and monitor both pet owners and sitters in the event of a conflict to help both parties reach an agreement. If that is not possible, assist in finding a suitable solution to the problem.
  • Offer the Petbnb guarantee for every service booked and paid through Petbnb. The insurance covers veterinary costs incurred during the sitting.


The Role of Sitters

  • Communicate respectfully and respond to messages within 24 hours.
  • Fill out your profile truthfully and honestly represent your skills and experience in pet care.
  • Provide a safe environment for pets and take proactive measures in case of health problems or other circumstances.
  • Respect the privacy and property of pet owners.
  • Conduct all communication and matters regarding Petbnb bookings exclusively through the Petbnb website or app. This measure helps prevent fraud and allows our customer service team to assist if needed.
  • Clearly inform pet owners in advance if there are any special circumstances, such as: other animals being present at the time of booking; another sitter helping you (who is not listed on your profile); if you wish to give the pet a bath or haircut.


The Role of Pet Owners

  • Communicate respectfully and respond to messages in a timely manner – even if you cancel a booking.
  • Complete a full and detailed pet profile, including care instructions and emergency contacts.
  • Organize a meet-and-greet before the booking to ensure the sitter meets your pet's needs. Discuss all specifics of your pet, including feeding schedules, walks, medication, allergies, and any behavioral issues.
  • Conduct all communication and booking matters exclusively through the Petbnb website or app. This measure helps prevent fraud and allows our customer service team to assist if needed.
  • Respect the sitter’s schedule and communicate in a timely manner if there are any changes to drop-off or pick-up times.
  • Provide honest and accurate reviews of sitters. This helps them improve their services and assists future pet owners in finding a suitable match on our platform.
