Saying "No" to Cash Payments

If a booking is arranged during a conversation but a cash payment is suggested, this can create an uncomfortable situation. According to our terms of service, both parties risk having their profiles deleted. Cash payments are arrangements made outside our platform and are therefore not covered by our protection measures.

If a pet owner ever suggests a cash payment, simply say "No." If they remain uncertain, remind them of the benefits of online payment:
