What Does the Vet Cost Guarantee Include?

Petbnb’s Vet Cost Guarantee provides financial protection for unforeseen veterinary expenses that may arise during the care of a pet. The following conditions apply:

Maximum Reimbursement: The maximum amount we reimburse under the Vet Cost Guarantee is 50% of the invoice, up to €250 per case, and this can only be claimed once per incident.

Unforeseen Cases: The guarantee only covers unforeseen cases. This means that only costs arising from sudden health issues or accidents that occur during the care period will be reimbursed.

Exclusion of Pre-existing Conditions: Costs resulting from known or pre-existing conditions are excluded from reimbursement. The guarantee does not apply if the pet suffered from the illness before the care period.

To claim the Vet Cost Guarantee, the incident must be reported immediately to hilfe@petbnb.de, and supporting documents such as veterinary invoices and treatment reports must be submitted.
